Advantages of Engine Oil, Gear Box Oil Additive and Nanometer Level Molybdenum Solid Physical Additive:
All granularity of supramoly grains are smaller than the size of bacteria. The average size of MoS2 is 0.3μm;
The MoS2 contained in M55 is a strong oxidation;
The protecting ability of MoS2 contained in M55 is 4.8 times as much as ordinary MoS2
MoS2 contained in M55 has great ability of preventing metal from contacting directly (up to 3,313 MPa or 480,000 pounds/square inch;
MoS2 can withstand high temperature (MoS2 is invariable below 450℃);
The friction coefficient will be reduced for nearly 50% after applying M55, which makes the mechanical sound smooth and light while reducing 15% energy consumption;
Reducing the roughness of relatively moving surfaces, making the Run-in surface flatter while greatly reducing metal crumb;

The Difference Between Chemical and Physical Additives:
Different Boundary Membrane, M55 plus Molybdenum--physical absorption membrane belongs to physical additive, others:
  Phosphides (membrane is formed by chemical corrosion), belongs to chemical additive;
  Sulphide (membrane is formed by chemical corrosion), belongs to chemical additive;
  Chloride (membrane is formed by chemical corrosion), belongs to chemical additive;
Comparison of Friction Coefficients
  If M55 Plus is added the friction coefficient will be μ=0.07 (Machine Oil Mixture such as gear oils in the market);
  If extreme pressure additive is added, the friction coefficient will be μ=0.15 (Machine Oil Mixture such as gear oils in the market);
Limits and Harmfulness
  M55 Plus physical additive is harmless to steel, coloured metals, alloys, rubber, paint and plastics. Other additives mainly generates valid compounds with steel. The chemical harmfulness towards different metals, rubbers and paints is uncertain, but the wounds of anti-rust inside gear boxes can be easily found anywhere.
Corrosion
  The extreme pressure lubrication mechanism of chemical additives is corrupting iron with tiny amount and form iron-based solid lubricant, therefore it damages steel parts while protecting them. It can solve the wear-out problems under ordinary conditions. Higher performance are obviously limited and there is no technical breakthroughs currently. The M55 Plus solid lubricant is supplied from the outside and is harmless to metals. Since the production, distribution and suspending technologies have made unprecedented achievements, the performance of M55 Plus is extraordinary.
Summary
1. The advantage of chemical extreme pressure additive is limited and can not meet higher level requirements.

Technology Kernel--Change "Sliding Friction" into "Rolling Friction":
The technology of Jimtech Co. is based on the utilization of ultrasonic energy, which is created whenever there is friction. This ultrasonic energy is an invisible force carrying an intense form of energy. Under heavy loads, Jimtech additives react with the microscopic wear particles which are in the activated state owing to the abrasion energy at the frictional interface. Thus a new substance of nanometric dimension is formed which is called "Organo-Metal Rolling Crystal". Owing to the physical absorption force, the "O.M.R.C" reinforce itselves on the asperity of frictional interface, protecting entire frictional surface and forming a film of "O.M.R.C.", which is called "O.M.R.C" film. The Organo-Metal Rolling Crystal Lubrication Mechanism is expounded in greater details in our technical article "Wear Particle Modification Theory".
Technical Characteristics-- Anti-Friction, Energy Saving, Environment Protection
High efficiency: Transforms sliding friction into rolling friction, reduces the frictional resistance greatly, results better lubrication performance than most other conventional products;
High temperature resistance, extreme load carrying property: Jimtech additives does not carbonize at temperature near the melting point of metal of the moving parts, the high load-carrying feature brings about good capability to withstand high frictional unit load up to 200,000 psi at high temperature.
Anti-wear: O.M.R.C. film overcomes boundary friction, reduces wear to near zero. It also lowers wear during cold and dry start, promotes availability of machineries.
Low viscosity: O.M.R.C. film doesn't depend entirely on the viscosity of oil to perform effective lubrication. The liquid phase(oil) only acts as the carrier and coolant of Jimtech molecules, and oil viscosity is no longer the critical factor to assure oil performance. The application of Jimtech products can result excellent performance in either low viscosity oil or high viscosity oils.
Compatibility: Jimtech molecule is compatible with all mineral oils and most of synthetic oils, it dissolves in fuel and doesn't cause adverse chemical reaction with lubricating oils.
Low oil consumption: O.M.R.C. film can automatically adjust the tolerance of moving parts to the optimal movable condition, which saves energy and prolongs the service life of lubricating oils.
Anti-Corrosion: Resists acid & alkali, protects machineries effectively.
Evironment Protecting:O.M.R.C. doesnot contain any harmful metal substances, therefore it is friendly to environment and has stable performance.
